I am feeling so good... I broke the Plateau and by reevaluating my weeks and using the tools that Weight Watchers provides..like the average of the last four weeks. I saw in a snapshot how little activity I was getting and in return I turned up the dial and increased my activity points by 20 points and lLost 2 Pounds!! My legs are soar and that is ok, as they are suppose to be used and now they will be....up to 5 miles a day most days..2.7 miles in the am and 2.3 in the evening!

Whenever I get discouraged I have to tell myself I did not get this weight overnight and it certainly is not going anywhere overnight, but to add to that I now know I am in charge of my plateaus, I can turn the dial up!
